Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 7:07PM present were Ray Boyes, John Barrett, Tubby Boucher, Roger Ropoza and Pam Haman.
Minutes:
December 2015 were approved
November 2015 were approved
Annual town report was reviewed changes were made and the amended version was approved
A letter inviting the NMRSD Superintendent and Athletic Director to the April 11, 2016 was sent.
Bills were approved and signed Pam will contact Water Dept asking them to please add the location of meter on each bill.
Superintendents Report:
Riverside expansion continues. 17 more loads of regrinding for road. The Road will be graded off in the spring. Cross Ave will also be redone in the spring as well. Project is coming together rapidly.
There has been no word from Neshoba Tech on the garage project. Since there has been no response. The insulation and other renovations could be done by the department over the winter. John Barrett made a motion to have department crew do renovation/repairs over the winter. Ray second all were in favor.
Roger said that most likely foam boards would be used for insulation. John did ask that any changes be in keeping with the age and style of building/neighborhood.
Roger stated that Drew is getting his hydraulics license and John his CDL. Cross train on equipment.
Budget:
Roger explained the wage portion of the budget. The overall wage portion of the budget is less than last year due to reorganizing job functions. On the expense side Roger would like to go back to Dave’s Port a Potties and an additional one. John made a motion to adopt the annual budget for the amount of $113862.19. Ray second all were in favor motion passes.
